Deciding not to follow his dad's footprints, he ventured off to the Navy and served two combat tours in Vietnam flying fighters. As a retired Captain from FedEx, he now spends his time dabbling in tales of science fiction and thrillers. In his past life, he was a fighter pilot for the US Navy and then a captain for FedEx. Now retired from aviation, he is pursuing a career as an author. He also finds time for riding his Harley, hunting, flying ultra-lights, playing with radio controlled airplanes, riding jet skis and most importantly, just being a dad for his daughter.
